Stronger with less painStrength training at your level

Back, knees or shoulders not cooperating? With the right exercises and a careful build-up, you can often get stronger with less pain.

The approach

Careful and step by step

  • Screening first

I test how you move and where it gets stuck, before we start loading.

  • Pain-free range

We train within what feels good and expand that step by step.

  • Build up gradually

Weight goes up when your technique and your body are ready, not sooner.

  • Measure and adjust

We keep track of how you feel and adjust the plan when needed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I have pain or an injury. Can I still train?

Often, yes. I adjust the exercises to what's pain-free for you and build up step by step. I'm a personal trainer, not a doctor or physiotherapist, so with a medical condition or a recent injury, check with your GP or physiotherapist first. Tell me about it during the intro, so I can take it into account.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. We start at your current level and build up from there. The plan is made for where you are now, not where you think you should be.

What results can I expect?

You get stronger, fitter and move with less pain, with progress you can measure. We test at the start and re-test regularly, so you see it in numbers.

How often should I train?

Most clients train with me one to three times a week, sometimes combined with sessions on their own. During the intro we decide what fits your goal and your schedule.

What does personal training cost?

A single 60-minute session is €85. A package of 10 sessions is €850, including an assessment at the start, a personal training plan and re-tests along the way.
