Who I am

When you send the contact form

I receive your name, email address, phone number (if you fill it in), what you're interested in and your message. I use these only to reply to your request and to plan your intro or session. Legal basis: the steps you ask me to take before we enter into an agreement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Please don't share medical details in the form. We discuss those in person during the intake.

I don't use your details for newsletters or advertising.

When you become a client

I keep your contact details, your intake, your training plan, what we trained and your test results, so I can coach you and send invoices. Legal basis: the agreement we have. I'm legally required to keep invoices for 7 years.

Details about your health, such as injuries, complaints or medication, are special-category data. I record them only with your explicit consent and only to make your training safe and suitable. You can withdraw that consent at any time; I'll then delete them.

How long

A request through the form: until it has been handled. If you don't become a client, I delete it within 12 months.

Client details: up to 2 years after your last session, so we can pick up where we left off if you return. Invoices: 7 years, as required by tax law.

Who else processes your data

Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my mailbox. My email and calendar are hosted by Google. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which logs visitors' IP addresses for security. To see how the website is used, I count visits with GoatCounter. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data or full IP addresses, so you can't be identified.

Web3Forms and Google may process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. That only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The fonts of this website are hosted on my own site, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. This website doesn't use tracking cookies.

Under 16

If you're under 16, I only process your details with permission from a parent or guardian. Ask them to send the request.

Photos and videos

I only publish photos or videos in which you're recognisable, for example on Instagram or this website, with your prior permission. You can withdraw it at any time, and I'll remove the images as soon as possible.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct, delete or transfer your data, to limit its use or to object, and you can withdraw your consent at any time: email info@casperboekee.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Your data is stored in secured accounts that only I have access to.
