About me:

I’m Casper, certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor from Amsterdam.

Certified through Fitvak A & B and NASM.

 

I combine Muay Thai, strength & conditioning, and functional performance training to help athletes build real power, endurance, and fight conditioning.

My goal is to help people become stronger, fitter, more confident, and more disciplined. Both physically and mentally.

From beginners to experienced fighters.

Explosive Power: combine speed with power for maximum power that returns with every kick, punch, or knee in Muay Thai.

Muscle endurance: The workouts stimulate the muscles in a way you need to keep up with the Muay Thai martial art.

Balance & Mobility: work on the right balance and mobility for smooth punches and kicks, move pain-free and injury-free in your body.
